I grew up in Santa Ana, CA.I spent about 18 years there until I moved to Los Angeles to attend college. I received my B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Education from UCLA. The education classes that I took at UCLA as an undergraduate sparked my passion for this field. I am currently pursuing a M.A. in Education and a single subject credential in mathematics at UCLA.
